Job summary

As an Integrated/ Digital Media Manager, you will develop and implement integrated/ digital media campaigns. 

You are responsible for ensuring that communications strategies are effectively and accurately translated into plans as well as leading the development and implementation of those plans. 

In partnership with your team, you will establish and manage day-to-day operations and work closely with internal departments, to deliver seamless, integrated media experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation planning and negotiation efforts with key media partners to ensure optimal value and impact.
  • Act as the go-to expert and trusted advisor for all things digital/media – both within the internal team and for clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of strategies and execution plans across various digital platforms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign responsibilities – from strategy development and planning to execution and post-campaign performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Hub team to align on strategic direction and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Define clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign, and recommend effective measurement methodologies.
  • Ensure all campaigns are tracked and measured according to agreed KPIs, media performance, and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team on digital planning, operations, and optimization best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by actively supporting team members and promoting innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Strong digital background with a strategic outlook.
  • At least 5-year experience within digital media agency function and/or digital media vendor/ad technology platform.
  • Broad knowledge of media industry.
  • Deep knowledge of digital such as paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising,…
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken.
